1. Eligibility and Account Obligations

To use the Store's services and make purchases, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable laws. If purchasing on behalf of a minor, you represent and warrant that you are the minor’s legal guardian and have the authority to act on their behalf. The Store reserves the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate your access if you fail to meet these requirements or violate any provisions of these Terms.
When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information (including but not limited to email address, password). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities conducted under your account. You shall immediately notify the Store of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches. The Store shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to properly safeguard your account information.
When you place an order on the Store, you make a binding offer to purchase the specified assembly bookshelves and accessories at the indicated prices (including taxes, shipping fees, and other applicable charges). You confirm that all order information provided by you (including but not limited to shipping address, contact phone number, and payment information) is accurate, complete, and valid.
The sending of an order confirmation email by the Store does not constitute acceptance of your offer. The Store will only accept your order and form a binding contract with you when it sends a shipping confirmation email. The Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to reasons such as pricing errors, insufficient inventory, suspected fraud, unauthorized payment methods, or other legitimate circumstances. If a paid order is canceled by the Store, the full amount paid by you will be refunded to your original payment method in a timely manner.

You agree to pay the full order amount (including product price, taxes, shipping fees, etc.) using the payment methods accepted by the Store. All payments are processed securely through a trusted third-party payment system, and the Store will not store your complete payment card information. You warrant that you have the legal right to use the provided payment method and that the funds required for the payment are sufficient. The Store may verify your payment information; if the payment is declined, failed, or reversed, the Store has the right to suspend or cancel the corresponding order.

The Store strives to provide accurate and detailed product information (including but not limited to product dimensions, load-bearing capacity, material descriptions, assembly difficulty, and applicable space) on the product detail pages. All assembly bookshelves and accessories sold through the Store comply with relevant quality and safety standards. However, slight differences may exist between the actual product and the displayed images due to factors such as display device resolution, lighting conditions, and shooting angles. Such differences do not constitute product quality defects.
You are responsible for selecting the appropriate product by referring to the product specifications and assembly guides provided on the product page. The Store does not assume liability for improper product selection due to failure to refer to the product guides. You are responsible for using and assembling the product in accordance with the assembly instructions; improper assembly, use, or modification that causes product damage, instability, or safety hazards shall be borne by you. Unauthorized disassembly or modification of the product after assembly will void any applicable warranty.

All intellectual property rights related to the Store (including but not limited to trademarks, logos, product designs, text content, images, software, and technical patents of assembly bookshelves) are owned by the Store or its legitimate licensors. Without the prior written permission of the Store or the relevant right holder, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or exploit these intellectual property rights in any way.
By submitting content (such as product reviews, comments, and assembly experience) to the Store, you grant the Store a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of Store operations and promotion. You guarantee that the submitted content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights and interests of any third party, and does not contain any illegal or harmful content.
You shall not use the Store for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes, including but not limited to: (1) Engaging in fraud, counterfeiting, or other illegal activities; (2) Uploading, posting, or transmitting any illegal, obscene, violent, defamatory, or infringing content; (3) Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of the Store's systems or networks; (4) Collecting, stealing, or disclosing other users' personal information without authorization; (5) Selling counterfeit or shoddy assembly bookshelves and accessories that do not meet quality and safety standards through the Store; (6) Using the Store's intellectual property rights without authorization; (7) Violating applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms. If you engage in any prohibited activities, the Store has the right to terminate your access to the Store and pursue your legal liability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or property damage caused by improper assembly or use of products) arising from your use of the Store's services or purchase of products. The total liability of the Store for any direct damages arising from the performance of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant products.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Store's liability for fraud, gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability arising from product quality defects that cause personal injury or property damage.

8. Modifications and Termination

The Store reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time in accordance with changes in laws and regulations, industry standards, or business needs. Any modifications or updates to these Terms will be posted on the Store's official page with the revised date marked. The modified Terms will take effect immediately upon posting. If you continue to use the Store's services or place orders after the Terms are modified, it shall be deemed that you have read, understood, and agreed to the revised Terms.
The Store may terminate or suspend your access to the Store at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or have an inactive account for a long period. Upon termination, your right to use the Store's services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, excluding conflict of law principles.
