For domestic orders, shipping covers all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government, excluding remote areas that are not reachable by regular logistics (such as some mountainous areas, border islands; specific remote areas will be indicated at checkout). For international orders, shipping is available to designated countries and regions, and the specific accessible areas will be displayed when you enter the shipping address at checkout. Please note that some international regions may have shipping restrictions due to customs regulations, import policies on wooden furniture, or logistics conditions, and we reserve the right to refuse shipping to such regions.

2. Order Processing Time

Order processing time refers to the period from order payment to shipment. For in-stock assembly bookshelves and standard accessories, the processing time is 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). This includes strict pre-shipment inspections, such as checking the integrity of parts, verifying the matching of assembly tools and instruction manuals, and reinforced packaging. For customized size bookshelves or out-of-stock Products, the processing time will be clearly stated on the product detail page, generally ranging from 5-10 business days. If there is a delay in processing due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, public health events) or unexpected circumstances (such as inventory shortages, component supply issues), we will notify you in a timely manner.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Given the characteristics of assembly bookshelves (such as large panel size, multiple small parts, and susceptibility to collision and scratch), we only cooperate with professional logistics carriers with rich experience in transporting furniture to provide safe and reliable shipping services. The available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and the type of Products. The main shipping methods are as follows: 1) Standard Shipping: Applicable to all types of Products and most regions. For domestic orders, standard shipping takes 3-7 business days after order processing (extended to 5-12 business days for remote areas); for international orders, standard shipping takes 7-18 business days after processing, and the specific time varies by destination and customs clearance speed. This method provides full-process tracking services, allowing you to query the real-time shipment status through the carrier's official website. 2) Expedited Shipping: Applicable to domestic regions (excluding partial remote areas) and major international cities. For domestic orders, delivery takes 1-4 business days after processing; for international orders, delivery takes 3-7 business days after processing. This method offers priority handling and transportation, with dedicated logistics tracking and faster customs clearance services (for international orders). Additional fees apply, and the specific amount will be calculated at checkout based on the product size, weight, and destination.
Note: The estimated delivery times are for reference only and do not include weekends, public holidays, or customs inspection time (for international orders). Delays may occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control, such as weather conditions, traffic congestion, customs clearance delays, or logistics carrier issues. We will not be liable for delivery delays caused by these factors, but we will try our best to assist in tracking and coordinating with the carrier.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method, destination, product weight, volume, and order value. The specific shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete the payment. The following are the main shipping fee policies: 1) Free Standard Shipping: For domestic orders with a total value reaching the specified threshold, free standard shipping is provided. The specific threshold is displayed on the homepage or at checkout. This offer does not apply to expedited shipping, customized Products, or international orders. For international orders, free standard shipping may be available when the order value meets a higher specified threshold, and the specific standard will be indicated at checkout. 2) Domestic Shipping Fees for Small Orders: For domestic orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight and volume of the Products. Since assembly bookshelves have large panel volume, the shipping fee will be appropriately adjusted according to the actual volume and weight. The specific amount will be clearly indicated at checkout. 3) International Shipping Fees: International shipping fees include transportation costs, handling fees, and export-related charges, calculated based on the package weight, volume, and destination country/region. Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other local charges are not included in the shipping fee and must be borne by the recipient. 5. Packaging Standards and Receipt Notes

All assembly bookshelves are packaged with professional anti-collision and scratch-resistant materials to ensure product integrity during transportation. Large panels are wrapped with thickened pearl cotton and hard cardboard edge protectors to prevent collision and scratch; small parts (such as screws, connectors) are individually sealed and packaged, and placed in fixed compartments inside the carton to avoid loss or damage. The outer packaging uses thickened corrugated cartons with high compression resistance to withstand pressure during transportation.
Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can track the real-time shipping status through the carrier's official website. Upon receiving the package, please inspect the outer packaging for damage (such as deformation, breakage, or water stains) before signing for acceptance. If the package is obviously damaged, you have the right to refuse acceptance and contact us in a timely manner. Please check the product integrity (whether panels are scratched, parts are complete) within 48 hours of receipt and report any issues with relevant photos or videos as proof. For missing or damaged parts, we will provide free replacement services.
You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete, and valid shipping address (including street number, city, postal code, and contact phone number). Incorrect or incomplete address information may lead to delivery delays, losses, or returns, for which we will not be liable. Address modifications are only allowed within 24 hours of order payment; once the order is processed and handed over to the carrier, address changes cannot be made.

6. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy in accordance with changes in laws and regulations, industry standards, or business needs. Any modifications or updates will be posted on the store's official page with the effective date marked. The modified Policy will take effect immediately upon posting. If you continue to use the store's services or place orders after the Policy is updated, it shall be deemed that you have accepted the modified Policy.
